SMS Terms of Service

By opting in to SMS messages, you agree to the following terms:

1. We send SMS notifications and alerts to users who have opted in to receive messages. Message frequency varies.
2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to cancel. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message. After that, you will no longer receive messages from us. To rejoin, opt in again as you did the first time.
3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, reply HELP for assistance, or contact us directly at tommy@heytommyg.com.
4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. Message and data rates may apply. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.
6. We reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued participation in the SMS program constitutes acceptance of any changes.
